ULSE is a large-scale manufacturing and construction firm located inside the Leon Empire. Many contracts will see heavy goods going into and out of the Leon Empire.
Obtaining a License
The player is provided with a license at the start of the game. Leslie Garbut vouches for the player and contracts are available immediately.

United Leon Space Enterprises operates in the Leo sector. Produce and Medical Supplies (which need temperature control) can be picked up at Prefect Outpost.
