Components
Components are the internal, user replaceable parts of ship modules. Each individual component has 8 values:
- Component type (Brand)
- Socket type (Shape)
- Sturdiness
- Minimum damage rating
- Damage before efficiency drop
- Efficiency drop when damaged
- Current Damage
- Base Cost (Base cost is modified by damage)
Components can be bought and sold from the component screen on stations.
