Sam is the buyer that Scud Delavinci directs the player to contact in Port Crawford in the Tega Sector. The player is asked to try to get a good price for Scud's product, but Sam is aware that Scud is desperate to sell, and drives a hard bargain. The player can offer to sway the deal in Sam's favour instead, foregoing any bonus Scud would offer to pay.
