Octan

Octan is a corporation that produces components for modules. Octan components are cheap, second only to ConnexT, but are better value-for-money than ConnexT. Octan products can be considered a less expensive version of Elander: both focus on components built for stealth that have low emissions. Many brand new modules come with an Octan component, because Octan products tend to be well worth the low price tag, unlike ConnexT. For example, generators can be prepackaged with an Octan Reactor Core.
